Instructor Christine Hazard will discuss the science and mechanics behind sourdough and how to make it flexible with your life and schedule. She will demonstrate working with dough at different stages and discuss trouble shooting. We'll taste some bread and end the session with Q&A. Participants will receive a sourdough starter and a recipe for a basic artisan loaf. There will also be bread for sale. Cost is $20.
